New Scalp UK’s (formerly Hair Restoration Clinic) Scalp Micro Pigmentation Technicians Hayley Ernest and Janice Hilton  are both fully qualified Semi Permanent Makeup Techs – trained to Gold and Platinum Elite Level respectively, with one of the UKs leading trainers and providers of Semi Permanent Makeup – Nouveau Contour Beauty Group.

Having practiced Micro-pigmentation on a full time basis for several years they have gained and perfected the background knowledge, training and skills required to provide amazing treatment results.

Due to popular demand and the rise in interest for Cosmetic Scalp Tattooing (SMP), they furthered their treatment options by upskilling and training on Scalp Micro Pigmentation in 2014 which is a specialised procedure that should only be performed by trained, skilled and insured persons.

They then upskilled and trained with the UK’s leading providers of Scalp Micro-pigmentation – ‘Branwood Clinic’ under the direct tutorage of industry masters Simon Lane and Paul Clark.
